What we don't do

We never charge a renewal without your written yes. You decide every 12 months, after a 15-minute review of how Sentinel actually performed for you.

We price per active employee, not per unused seat. If your headcount drops or you over-provisioned, you pay for what you use — not the empty chairs.

No60-day cancellation windows

No "cancel in writing 60 days before renewal" trap. Annual term, opt-in renewal. If you do nothing, your access ends — not the other way around.
